Export your customers from Square
Square Dashboard → Customers → Directory → Import/Export → Export Customers → All Customers → Download. One CSV with every customer, their contact info, notes, and lifetime spend.
Step 2
Export your appointment history
Appointments → Settings → History → Export. (If you only use Square for checkout, skip this — your customer export already carries lifetime spend.)
Step 3
Drop the files into Shinely
Settings → Import data. The file is auto-detected as a Square export, deduplicated against anything already in your book, and previewed before a single row is written.
