How does pricing work?
Three flat plans — Starter ($49), Pro ($99) and Premium ($149). Every plan includes unlimited team members and Shinely never takes a percentage of your jobs — you pick the plan by the features you need, not your headcount.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fee and no long-term contract — start on the 14-day free trial (no card required) and cancel anytime from inside your account.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
Never — Shinely adds zero payment markup and no add-on tax. Connect your own Stripe to take card payments on invoices; funds settle straight to your bank at your processor’s normal rates. Prefer to record cash or other payments by hand? That works too, and nothing claims to charge a card it didn’t.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can keep your existing business number — we set up the missed-call text-back and two-way inbox on top of it (A2P registration handled during onboarding).
Does it work for mobile detailers AND fixed shops?
Both. Mobile crews get the route view, ETA texts, and missed-call wedge; ceramic/PPF shops get deposits, VIN-keyed coating records, and warranty tracking.
How fast can I go live?
